DAHI CUTLET

Ingredients – 1


Poatato

Ginger
¼ inch
Green chillies

Salt



Ingredients – 2

Curd
1 cup
Sugar
2 ½ tsp
Cumin powder
Pinch
Chilli powder
Pinch
Chat masala
Pinch
Khatta meeta chutney
1 tsp
Omapodi

Cilantro



Method

  1. Grind the ginger and chilli to a paste. Mash the boiled potatoes add ginger-chilli paste, salt, mix and make a cutlet of the potato mixture and shallow fry in a tava and keep in a serving plate. Mix curd and sugar.

How to Serve

 

Place cutlets in a serving plate next to it place curd bowl, in the curd bowl pour khatta meeta chutney, sprinkle all dry powders (don’t mix) next to it place some omapodi and cilantro.
