Khatta meeta chutney | 1 tsp |

Method
- Grind the ginger and chilli to a paste. Mash the boiled potatoes add ginger-chilli paste, salt, mix and make a cutlet of the potato mixture and shallow fry in a tava and keep in a serving plate. Mix curd and sugar.
How to Serve
Place cutlets in a serving plate next to it place curd bowl, in the curd bowl pour khatta meeta chutney, sprinkle all dry powders (don’t mix) next to it place some omapodi and cilantro.
