Paneer Makhani

Ingredients    


Paneer
1 cup
Onion
1
Ginger
1 inch
Tomato puree
2 cup
Kasoori methi
2 tsp
Bay leaf
2
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Whole spices
2 – 3 each
Fenugreek
¼ tsp
Chilli powder
3 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Sugar
½ tsp
Fresh cream
½ cup
Butter
1 tsp
Oil, salt, cilantro


















 

Method


  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the paneer. Keep aside.
  2. In the same oil, add whole spices and bay leaves. Fry.
  3. Fry onion and ginger until golden color. Add tomatoes along with all powders, sugar and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cream and paneer. Cook till oil separates. Add cilantro.
