Ingredients
Paneer | 1 cup |
Onion | 1 |
Ginger | 1 inch |
Tomato puree | 2 cup |
Kasoori methi | 2 tsp |
Bay leaf | 2 |
Cumin seeds | 1 tsp |
Whole spices | 2 – 3 each |
Fenugreek | ¼ tsp |
Chilli powder | 3 tsp |
Garam masala | 1 tsp |
Sugar | ½ tsp |
Fresh cream | ½ cup |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Oil, salt, cilantro |
Method
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the paneer. Keep aside.
- In the same oil, add whole spices and bay leaves. Fry.
- Fry onion and ginger until golden color. Add tomatoes along with all powders, sugar and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cream and paneer. Cook till oil separates. Add cilantro.
