Ingredients
Peas | 1 cup |
Paneer | 1 cup |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato puree | 2 cups |
G/g paste | 1 tsp |
Bay leaf | 2 |
Cumin seeds | 1 tsp |
Fenugreek powder | 1 tsp |
Chilli powder | 3 tsp |
Coriander powdr | 1 tsp |
Turmeric powder | ¼ tsp |
Cumin powder | ½ tsp |
Garam masla | 1 tsp |
Fresh cream | 2 tbsp |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Sugar | ¼ tsp |
Oil, salt, cilantro |
Method
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the paneer and keep aside.
- After separating the paneer from the pan add bay leaf and cumin. Fry.
- Add chopped onion fry till golden brown.
- Add g/g paste and fry.
- Add tomato puree along with all powders, sugar and salt.
- Cook on low flame for few minutes, and then add cream, peas and fried paneer.
- Let it simmer until oil separates from the gravy. Add cilantro.
