Matar Paneer

Ingredients

                    
Peas
1 cup
Paneer
1 cup
Onion
1
Tomato puree
2 cups
G/g paste
1 tsp
Bay leaf
2
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
Fenugreek powder
1 tsp
Chilli powder
3 tsp
Coriander powdr
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
¼ tsp
Cumin powder
½ tsp
Garam masla
1 tsp
Fresh cream
2 tbsp
Butter
1 tsp
Sugar
¼ tsp
Oil, salt, cilantro





















Method


  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the paneer and keep aside.
  2. After separating the paneer from the pan add bay leaf and cumin. Fry.
  3. Add chopped onion fry till golden brown.
  4. Add g/g paste and fry.
  5. Add tomato puree along with all powders, sugar and salt.
  6. Cook on low flame for few minutes, and then add cream, peas and fried paneer.
  7. Let it simmer until oil separates from the gravy. Add cilantro.
